Description
The 9200-02-01-10-00 Two-wire Transducer is a moving-coil velocity sensor designed for machinery vibration monitoring in automation systems. The 9200-02-01-10-00 provides 20 mV/mm/s sensitivity (±5%) with a 10 kΩ calibration load across terminals A and B, delivering direct voltage output proportional to vibration velocity without external power. With a frequency response from 4.5 Hz to 1 kHz (+0, -3 dB) and velocity range up to 25 mm/s at 100 Hz, the 9200-02-01-10-00 supports continuous casing and bearing housing measurement in turbines, pumps, and compressors.
The 9200-02-01-10-00 features 1.25 kΩ coil resistance, ±5% amplitude linearity from 0.254 to 127 mm/s, and withstands 50 g peak shock along the non-sensitive axis. Operating from -29 °C to +121 °C with 95% relative humidity tolerance, the 9200-02-01-10-00 fits industrial panels using a circular M10×1 stud mount and top connector.
Applications
Oil & Gas: Reciprocating Compressors: Monitor vibrations in the compressor body and cylinders to help detect valve damage or piston ring wear.
Pump Sets & Centrifuges: Monitor bearing housing vibrations in large crude oil pumps in refineries to prevent mechanical seal failure.
Power Generation: Hydropower Generators: Due to the excellent performance of the 9200 series at low frequencies (4.5 Hz to 1000 Hz), it is often used to monitor low-speed oscillations in large hydropower turbines.
Industrial Steam Turbines: As an auxiliary monitoring method, measure the casing vibration of auxiliary power equipment.
Heavy Manufacturing: Steel Mills & Mines: Monitor the operating status of large fans, crushers, and ball mills.
Paper Mills: Used for online condition monitoring of drying cylinders and large transmission components.

Competitive Advantage
Output Voltage Directly Without External Power Supply
The 9200-02-01-10-00 uses moving-coil technology to produce voltage output proportional to vibration velocity, eliminating the need for external excitation and reducing wiring complexity in automation cabinets.
Maintain Accurate Signal Across Wide Frequency Range
With frequency response from 4.5 Hz to 1 kHz and +0, -3 dB typical deviation, the 9200-02-01-10-00 covers most rotating equipment speed ranges, supporting detailed vibration spectrum analysis.
Operate Under High Temperature and Shock Conditions
The 9200-02-01-10-00 withstands 50 g peak shock along the non-sensitive axis and operates up to +121 °C. The anodized aluminum A204 housing and neoprene gasket protect internal components in heavy industrial environments.
Deliver Consistent Linear Output for Diagnostic Systems
The ±5% amplitude linearity and ±10% transverse sensitivity at 100 Hz allow the 9200-02-01-10-00 to provide repeatable velocity signals for trend analysis and alarm setting in automated monitoring platforms.
