The 3500/77M 140734-07 Recip Cylinder Pressure Monitor is a 4-channel module designed to monitor reciprocating compressor cylinder pressures. Each 3500/77M 140734-07 channel accepts 1–4 Bently-approved positive voltage pressure transducers, with input impedance of 50 kΩ, and conditions signals to generate proportional values including cylinder pressure, discharge and suction pressures, maximum and minimum pressures, compression ratio, peak rod compression, peak rod tension, and degree of rod reversal. The 3500/77M 140734-07 supports pressure measurements across ranges from 100 to 10,000 psia with scale factors from 950 µV/psi to 95,000 µV/psi, delivering ±0.5% full-scale accuracy at 25°C and ±1.0% across -30°C to +65°C. Configurable alert and danger setpoints trigger alarms and relays to automate machine protection. Operating at 7.8 W nominal, with frequency response up to 5.5 kHz, the 3500/77M 140734-07 fits 1 front and 1 rear full-height rack slot, and provides LEDs for OK, TX/RX, and Bypass status.
