These include both armored and unarmored designs, allowing users to select the appropriate level of mechanical protection based on environmental conditions. Thread options such as ½-20, 5/8-18, M14 × 1.5, and M16 × 1.5 ensure compatibility with common machine housings and mounting brackets. For applications requiring reverse mounting, the 3300 XL 11 mm Proximity Probes are supplied with 3/8-24 or M10 × 1 threads, providing additional flexibility in confined or specialized installations.

All elements of the 3300 XL 11 mm Proximity Probes transducer system are equipped with gold-plated brass ClickLoc connectors. These connectors are designed to lock securely into place, preventing accidental loosening due to vibration or thermal cycling. This secure connection mechanism significantly enhances signal reliability and minimizes maintenance requirements over the service life of the probe.

Mechanical integrity is further enhanced through proprietary design technologies. The probe’s low supply sensitivity of less than 2 mV per volt further enhances measurement stability under varying power conditions.Designed to operate in extreme conditions, the 3300 XL 11 mm Proximity Probes function reliably across a wide temperature range from -52°C to +177°C, making them suitable for high-temperature turbine environments as well as low-temperature outdoor installations.
