Description
The 330903-00-10-10-02-05 3300 NSv Proximity Probe is a precision eddy-current sensor designed for high-performance automation in confined or restricted installation environments. Engineered for centrifugal air compressors, refrigeration compressors, process gas compressors, and other compact machinery, this NSv probe measures both radial vibration and axial position with high accuracy. Featuring an M8X1 threaded stainless steel case and a polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) probe tip, the probe operates reliably from -52°C to +177°C (-62°F to +351°F) and maintains stable output with less than 2 mV variation per volt of supply. With a 1.5 mm (60 mils) linear range and a recommended gap of 1.0 mm (40 mils), the 3300 NSv probe excels at small target applications, including shafts smaller than 51 mm (2 in) or flat targets under 15 mm (0.6 in). The miniature ClickLoc connector and patented TipLoc and CableLoc designs provide 220 N (50 lbf) pull strength while maintaining secure connections. Fully compatible with legacy 3300 RAM probes and extension cables, and upgradeable from 3000- and 7000-series 190 Transducer Systems, the 3300 NSv probe delivers reliable automation performance in tight spaces without sacrificing measurement precision.
