Description
3500/60 163179-01 Temperature Monitor is a six-channel temperature monitor used in industrial automation and turbine control systems. 3500/60 163179-01 Temperature Monitor accepts 1–6 RTD or TC inputs, with input impedance greater than 10 MΩ per lead. The module supports isolated TC I/O with 250 Vdc channel isolation and provides +4–20 mA recorder outputs proportional to full-scale range (0–600 Ω load, 0–12 Vdc compliance).
3500/60 163179-01 Temperature Monitor delivers 1 °C resolution for RTDs and TCs and 0.3662 µA per bit current output resolution (±0.15% at 25 °C). RTD excitation current is 925 µA ±15 µA at 25 °C. Operating temperature ranges from –30 °C to +65 °C with standard I/O modules. Installed in one full-height rear rack slot, 3500/60 163179-01 Temperature Monitor is configured via 3500 software without field calibration, enabling direct temperature signal processing in automated monitoring systems.
Applications
Monitor turbine bearing temperature
