Description
The 125720-01 4-Channel Relay Output Module is a full-height industrial automation module providing four independent SPDT relay outputs. Installed in one full-height front slot with a corresponding rear I/O slot, 125720-01 enables direct alarm and trip signal control in Bently Nevada 3500 monitoring racks. Each relay in 125720-01 supports selectable Normally Deenergized or Normally Energized operation and includes epoxy-sealed construction with a 250 Vrms arc suppressor. Maximum switched voltage is 125 Vdc or 250 Vac, maximum switched current is 2 A AC and up to 2 A at 0–30 Vdc, and contact life is 100,000 cycles at 5 A, 24 Vdc or 240 Vac. Operating temperature for 125720-01 ranges from -30°C to +65°C, storage from -40°C to +85°C, and humidity tolerance is 95% non-condensing. LED indicators include OK, TX/RX communication, and channel alarm status.
Applications
Trigger Turbine Trip Solenoids
125720-01 relays switch turbine emergency trip circuits when monitored vibration or overspeed values exceed limits. With contact ratings of 5 A at 24 Vdc, the module directly actuates solenoids without additional relays.
Signal Compressor Alarms in Oil and Gas Stations
