Description
The PROXPAC XL Proximity Transducer (330881-28-07-155-06-02) is a high-performance automation sensor engineered for industrial machinery monitoring, rotating shaft diagnostics, and predictive maintenance in harsh environments. Featuring a 155 mm probe penetration combined with a 70 mm standoff adapter and an 8 mm 3300 XL probe with multiple approvals, this transducer ensures accurate displacement and vibration measurement for shafts with diameters from 50.8 mm to 76.2 mm. Its self-contained design integrates the 3300 XL Proximitor sensor directly within the housing, eliminating the need for extension cables or separate Proximitor housings, and allows direct connection to monitoring systems via 16–24 AWG field wiring.
The transducer housing is made of reinforced Polyphenylene Sulfide (PPS) thermoplastic, incorporating glass and conductive fibers for enhanced mechanical strength, electrostatic dissipation, and corrosion resistance.
