Description

The FC-SDIL-1608 digital input module has sixteen channels for either loop- monitored loops or status signals dcrived from proximity switches, as set in DIN 19234 (NAMUR). The module also supports monitoring of earth faults that occur within these sixteen loops.

Petroleum refinery: deployed in valve limit monitoring in explosion-proof zones, using NAMUR proximity signals to track valve open/close positions

Long-distance pipeline station: installed in isolated control cabinets, using ground-fault monitoring to detect insulation leaks in buried field cables

Fine chemical plant: integrated into reactor safety interlock systems, using certified hardware to ensure reliable trip execution in high-risk processes

Thermal power plant: applied in coal handling conveyor speed and deviation switch input networks, using filtering to suppress motor electrical noise
