Description

The 3300/03 System Monitor manages keyphasor signal distribution, alarm setpoint adjustment, and data communication in industrial 3300 monitor racks. The 3300/03 System Monitor accepts up to four proximity probe keyphasor inputs with 10 kΩ input impedance and conditions signals up to 10 kHz with ±0.3% dynamic accuracy and ±0.2° phase accuracy at 25°C. Front panel buffered outputs provide four coaxial connectors with 100 Ω output impedance for direct connection to transducers or monitoring devices.

The 3300/03 System Monitor supplies user-programmable -24 VDC or -18 VDC power to keyphasor probes with short-circuit protection. Operating power is 2 W, rising to 4.6 W with serial interface options. RS422 communications support up to 38.4 kbaud over distances up to 1200 m (4000 ft). The 3300/03 System Monitor connects installed monitors to external communications processors via static and dynamic data ports, and supports optional SDI or DDI for integration with process computers, PLCs, and Bently Nevada machinery management systems, enabling centralized automation control.
