Description
The 31000-16-05-00-080-03-02 Dual Axial Probe Housing Assembly features two 3300 XL 8 mm probes with 0.5 m (20 in) cable length and 0.8 in penetration, mounted in a glass-reinforced PPS thermoplastic housing containing conductive fibers. The housing includes AISI 304 stainless steel sleeves with retaining chains, AISI 303 exterior screws, and neoprene O-rings, with a recommended retaining nut torque of 29.4 N·m (260 in·lb). Two 3/4-14 NPT plugs, a 3/4-14 to 1/2-14 SST reducer, and a cable seal grip accommodate cables from 1/8 in to 3/8 in. Certified Type 4X by CSA and tested for impact at -39°C to 115°C, the 31000-16-05-00-080-03-02 housing supports automated axial thrust and radial vibration measurements. External mounting allows probe gap adjustment and replacement without disassembling the machine.
