The 330101-00-12-20-12-CN 3300 XL 8 mm Proximity Probe is a high-precision eddy current transducer engineered for advanced industrial automation, predictive maintenance, and machinery condition monitoring. This 8 mm probe provides an output voltage directly proportional to the distance between the probe tip and the conductive surface, enabling accurate static position and dynamic vibration measurements in real-time. With a 1.2-inch overall case length and 2.0-meter FluidLoc cable featuring a Miniature coaxial ClickLoc connector, the probe integrates seamlessly into turbines, pumps, compressors, and other fluid-film bearing machinery, delivering robust and reliable automation feedback.
The probe operates reliably across -52°C to +177°C (-62°F to +350°F), with less than 2 mV supply sensitivity per volt, 50 Ω output resistance, and 69.9 pF/m cable capacitance, ensuring stable signal transmission in demanding environments. Its 3/8-24 UNF threaded mount and maximum thread engagement of 0.563 inches provide secure installation, while patented TipLoc and CableLoc designs enhance mechanical durability with 330 N (75 lbf) pull strength. Optional FluidLoc cabling prevents oil and fluid leakage, preserving signal integrity. Fully CSA, ATEX, and IECEx certified and API 670 compliant, the probe is backward compatible with 3300 series probes and Proximitor sensors, enabling modular and standardized condition monitoring setups.
