The 330101-00-77-15-12-05 3300 XL 8 mm Proximity Probe is a high-precision eddy current transducer optimized for industrial automation, predictive maintenance, and vibration monitoring. It generates an output voltage directly proportional to the distance between the probe tip and the observed conductive surface, enabling accurate measurements of both static positions and dynamic vibrations. With an overall case length of 7.7 inches and a total probe length of 1.5 meters (4.9 feet), this probe is ideal for monitoring large industrial shafts, turbines, and rotors where extended reach is required.
The probe features a Miniature coaxial ClickLoc connector and FluidLoc cable, ensuring reliable signal transmission in high-vibration and lubricated environments. Operating across -52°C to +177°C (-62°F to +350°F), it maintains excellent stability, with less than 2 mV output variation per volt input change and a consistent 50 Ω output resistance. The 3/8-24 UNF probe thread and maximum thread engagement of 0.563 in ensure secure mechanical installation. Patented TipLoc and CableLoc designs provide 330 N (75 lbf) pull strength, enhancing probe-cable durability.
