Description

The PM866K02 3BSE050199R1 is a Redundant Processor Unit, integrating a CPU board with microprocessor, RAM memory, real-time clock, LED indicators, INIT push button, and CompactFlash interface. The base plate provides dual RJ45 Ethernet ports (CN1, CN2) for Control Network communication, along with two RJ45 serial ports (COM3, COM4). COM3 is an RS-232C port with modem control signals, while COM4 is isolated for configuration tool access. The unit supports CPU redundancy for high system availability across CPU, CEX-Bus, communication interfaces, and S800 I/O modules. It also features a simple DIN rail slide-and-lock mounting mechanism, and each base plate is assigned a unique Ethernet address for hardware identification, marked on the TP830 label.
