The 330101-00-13-15-12-CN 3300 XL 8 mm Proximity Probe is a high-precision eddy current transducer engineered for industrial automation, predictive maintenance, and machinery condition monitoring. This 8 mm probe delivers a linear output voltage directly proportional to the distance between the probe tip and the conductive surface, allowing both static position and dynamic vibration measurements. Designed with an overall case length of 1.3 inches and a 1.5-meter FluidLoc cable with a Miniature coaxial ClickLoc connector, it ensures robust signal integrity in turbines, compressors, pumps, and other fluid-film bearing machinery.
Operating reliably between -52°C and +177°C (-62°F to +350°F), the probe exhibits less than 2 mV supply sensitivity per volt, 50 Ω output resistance, and 69.9 pF/m extension cable capacitance, guaranteeing accurate performance under extreme environmental conditions. Its 3/8-24 UNF threaded case with a maximum engagement of 0.563 inches ensures secure and stable installation. Patented TipLoc and CableLoc designs provide 330 N (75 lbf) pull strength, enhancing mechanical reliability, while the optional FluidLoc cable prevents fluid leakage, maintaining consistent measurement accuracy.
