Entire Board Malfunction: Check the 24V external power supply fuse or the backplane communication connector for oxidation.

Maintenance Recommendations:

Load Protection: For inductive loads (such as high-power solenoid valves), it is recommended to install a freewheeling diode to prevent back electromotive force from damaging the board.

Regular Tightening: Robot vibration can cause screw terminals to loosen; tighten the wiring every six months.
