The 81545-01 is a dual-channel terminal module designed for the Bently Nevada 3300 monitoring platform in automated turbine systems. The 81545-01 connects via screw terminals and supports 2 DC Linear Variable Differential Transformers LvDTs to measure casing growth relative to the machine foundation. With 2 independent channels, the 81545-01 performs continuous casing expansion and differential expansion monitoring. Two digitally adjustable alarm setpoints allow precise threshold configuration for each channel. The 81545-01 provides independent channel display or differential display modes, enabling direct comparison of expansion data. Integrated into industrial automation and turbine monitoring systems, the 81545-01 supplies real-time expansion values for thrust bearing protection and startup thermal tracking.
