Description
The 350500-00-00-00-11-00 Dynamic Pressure Charge Amplifier converts piezoelectric sensor charge into a low-impedance voltage signal for dynamic pressure monitoring in gas turbine combustion systems. With input sensitivity of 16 pC/psi (232 pC/bar) and output of 100 mV/psi (1.45 V/bar ±2% @150 Hz), the 350500-00-00-00-11-00 supports ±50 psi peak dynamic range and ≥40 dB common-mode rejection. Operating from -20°C to +70°C and storing safely up to -40°C to +85°C with 0–95% non-condensing humidity, it delivers reliable measurements. The unit draws 14.68 mA max and can be powered from -19.6 Vdc to -26 Vdc (no barriers). Mounting is via panel or 35 mm DIN rail, with sensor connections using LEMO or MIL connectors and cable runs up to 305 m (1000 ft). Designed for automation, the 350500-00-00-00-11-00 interfaces with Bently Nevada 3500/64 monitors, enabling precise real-time pressure monitoring and control in industrial turbine systems.
Applications
Power Generation: This is its core application area. It's used to monitor the combustion chamber stability of large industrial gas turbines, preventing hardware damage caused by combustion instability.
Oil & Gas: In refineries and liquefied natural gas (LNG) plants, it's used to monitor large turbine equipment driving compressors, ensuring continuous operation protection in harsh environments.
Aerospace: In engine test benches or specific aerospace turbine applications, it monitors high-frequency dynamic pressure changes using piezoelectric sensors.
Heavy Industry Automation: Widely integrated into API 670-compliant mechanical protection systems for condition monitoring and diagnostics of critical assets.
