Description

The 330104-01-17-05-01-05 3300 XL 8 mm Proximity Probe is a precision eddy current sensor engineered for industrial automation, machinery monitoring, and vibration analysis. With an overall case length of 170 mm and a 10 mm unthreaded tip, this probe provides highly accurate static (position) and dynamic (vibration) measurements with a 2 mm linear range (80 mils). It delivers an output voltage directly proportional to the distance between the probe tip and the observed conductive surface, ensuring real-time monitoring of rotating machinery, including turbines, compressors, pumps, and motors.

Equipped with a Miniature coaxial ClickLoc connector with protector and 0.5-meter standard cable, the probe ensures reliable signal transmission with low noise, even under extreme vibrations. It operates across temperatures from -52°C to +177°C (-62°F to +350°F) and maintains supply sensitivity below 2 mV per volt of input voltage, ensuring stable readings in demanding environments. The probe’s M10x1 threaded case and maximum thread engagement of 15 mm allow for secure mounting in tight assemblies. Advanced TipLoc molding strengthens the bond between probe tip and body, while the CableLoc design supports 330 N (75 lbf) pull strength, preventing cable detachment.
