Description
The 330904-00-25-05-02-05 3300 NSv Proximity Probe is a precision eddy current sensor designed for automated machinery monitoring in industrial environments. Built for use with centrifugal air compressors, refrigeration compressors, process gas compressors, and other compact machinery, the 3300 NSv enables accurate measurement of radial vibration, axial position, and shaft speed in tight installation areas. Its M8X1 threaded stainless-steel probe case ensures durability, while the polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) probe tip offers enhanced chemical resistance, making it ideal for harsh process conditions. With a linear range of 1.5 mm (60 mils) and recommended gap of 1.0 mm (40 mils), this sensor provides high-precision displacement data, compatible with 24 VDC supply and 4–20 mA monitoring systems. The miniature coaxial ClickLoc connector, combined with the patented TipLoc and CableLoc designs, ensures secure connections and robust signal integrity under continuous industrial operation. Applications
1. Radial Vibration Measurement on Small Shafts

2. Axial (Thrust) Position Measurement
