Description

The ABB S200-OE4 S200OE4 is an analog output module designed specifically for Satt DCS (Distributed Control Systems) and related controllers (such as Advant Controller 250, SattCon 200, etc.). It accurately converts digital commands into physical signals to drive control valves, frequency converters, and other actuators.

Applications

Petrochemical plants: Used to control the opening of regulating valves and maintain reactor pressure or liquid level.

Paper and packaging plants: Used to drive frequency converters to adjust the motor speeds of the paper machine wire section and drying section.

Food and beverage plants: Used in real-time to adjust the heater power output based on feedback signals during sterilization processes.

Troubleshooting

PWR LED is not lit

Measure:

1. Check +24 V DC.

2. Check the wiring to +24 V DC.

A break in a 4–20 mA loop has been detected by the system

3. Check if shielded twisted-pair cables have been connected for the I/O signals.
