Description

The 990-04-50-02-00 Vibration Transmitter converts signals from a 3300 NSv Proximity Probe into a precise 4–20 mA output for automated machinery control. Designed for centrifugal air compressors, small pumps, motors, and fans, the 990-04-50-02-00 Vibration Transmitter accepts input from probes with a 0.25–1.65 mm (10–65 mils) linear range and up to 7.0 m (23 ft) system length. Operating from −35°C to +85°C, the 990-04-50-02-00 Vibration Transmitter delivers loop-powered performance (+12 to +35 Vdc) with 23 mA current draw and 10 kΩ output impedance, supporting dynamic vibration and gap voltage diagnostics. Non-interacting zero and span potentiometers simplify loop adjustment, while the Not OK/Signal Defeat circuit protects the control system from false alarms due to probe faults.
