Description
The 330104-10-23-10-01-00 3300 XL 8 mm Proximity Probe is a high-performance eddy current transducer designed for precise measurement of both static positions and dynamic vibrations in industrial automation environments. Featuring a 2 mm (80 mils) linear range, the probe provides an analog voltage output proportional to the distance between the probe tip and the target surface, ensuring accurate monitoring of rotor and shaft displacement. Constructed with a robust M10x1 threaded stainless steel housing and a miniature coaxial ClickLoc connector with protector, the probe is engineered for extreme reliability in harsh operating conditions, supporting temperatures from –52°C to +177°C (–62°F to +350°F). Its extension cable features low capacitance (69.9 pF/m) and supports standard 16–24 AWG field wiring, allowing seamless integration with 3300 XL Proximitor Sensors and other system components. The patented TipLoc molding and CableLoc designs provide superior mechanical integrity, with 330 N (75 lbf) pull strength, while the optional FluidLoc cable prevents fluid ingress, ensuring long-term system stability. The probe is fully backward compatible with standard 3300 5 mm and 8 mm systems, supporting flexible upgrades without the need for bench calibration or component matching.
