Description
The 3500/64M is a single-slot, four-channel dynamic pressure monitor designed for industrial automation systems. Each channel accepts high-temperature pressure transducer inputs, providing bandpass dynamic pressure measurements configurable via 3500 Rack Configuration Software. The 3500/64M allows adjustment of bandpass corner frequencies and optional notch filters, producing +4 to +20 mA recorder outputs for each channel, unaffected by short circuits.
The 3500/64M supports 2-wire transducers with 3.3 mA current at 22 Vdc and 3-wire transducers with -24 Vdc supply. Input impedance is 10 kΩ (3-wire) or 1.5–3.5 MΩ (2-wire). Dynamic pressure sensitivity is 100 mV/psi (1.45 mV/mBar), with resolution of 0.3662 µA per bit and ±0.25% room-temperature error, ±0.66% to +0.70% over temperature range. Alert and danger time delays are configurable from 0.1–60 seconds, supporting fast-response alarm systems.
