Description

The 3300/16 XY/Gap Dual Vibration Monitor measures two independent radial vibration channels and average shaft position (gap) in industrial machinery. The 3300/16 XY/Gap Dual Vibration Monitor accepts inputs from one or two 3300 8 mm, 3300 XL 8 mm, or 7200 Proximitor® sensors with 10 kΩ input impedance and user-programmable sensitivity of 100 mV/mil or 200 mV/mil. Full-scale range is 0–500 µm pp, with digitally adjustable alarm setpoints repeatable within ±0.39% of full-scale.

The 3300/16 XY/Gap Dual Vibration Monitor provides user-programmable frequency response from 4–4,000 Hz or 1–600 Hz and ±0.33% signal conditioning accuracy at 25°C, increasing to ±3% with 3X Trip Multiply. Voltage output impedance is 100 Ω, and current output supports 0–+12 Vdc or +4 to +20 mA across 0–600 Ω load. Display resolution is ±1.6% of full-scale on an 83 mm vertical LCD. With nominal power consumption of 2 W, the 3300/16 XY/Gap Dual Vibration Monitor operates from 0°C to +65°C and stores at -40°C to +85°C, providing continuous monitoring for automated vibration and shaft position systems.
