Description
The 3300/05 Rack provides a durable, expandable mounting platform for the 3300 Monitoring System in industrial automation environments. The 3300/05 Rack accommodates a Power Supply in position 1, a System Monitor in position 2, and up to 12 additional 3300 monitors in positions 3–14. Each monitor slot includes a rear position for signal input or relay modules, allowing easy integration of process and vibration monitoring signals.
Constructed from injection-molded plastic with conductive antistatic material, the 3300/05 Rack dissipates electrostatic discharge and supports CSA/NRTL/C approval. Factory engraved bezel tags or clear plastic strips allow identification of machine points, monitor channels, or loop numbers. The modular design of the 3300/05 Rack eliminates internal wiring, enabling rapid expansion of monitoring systems while maintaining organized installation. This makes the 3300/05 Rack suitable for control rooms, automation panels, and machinery monitoring cabinets.
Applications
Install multiple 3300 monitors in one rack
The 3300/05 Rack supports positions 3–14 for individual monitors, enabling installation of vibration, keyphasor, or process monitors in a single modular platform.
Mount Power Supply and System Monitor in designated positions
Position 1 accommodates the Power Supply and position 2 the System Monitor, ensuring proper alignment and integration with all connected 3300 devices.
Integrate signal input and relay modules
Rear slots in each monitor position allow the 3300/05 Rack to connect signal input modules or relays directly, supporting alarm, trip, and control functions across industrial systems.
Label machine points and monitor channels clearly
Using engraved bezel tags or clear plastic strips, the 3300/05 Rack enables operators to identify machine monitoring points, loops, or monitor channels for easy maintenance and troubleshooting.

Competitive Advantage
Eliminate internal wiring for faster installation
The 3300/05 Rack modular design removes the need for internal wiring, reducing installation time while allowing immediate integration of up to 14 monitoring modules.
Provide electrostatic discharge protection
With conductive antistatic plastic construction, the 3300/05 Rack protects sensitive monitors from ESD damage in control rooms or field installations.
Support CSA/NRTL/C approved installations
The 3300/05 Rack meets recognized agency standards, enabling deployment in regulated industrial environments.
Enable scalable monitoring system expansion
Additional 3300 monitors can be added to positions 3–14 without rewiring, allowing the 3300/05 Rack to grow with plant monitoring requirements.
