TC-301-02-2M0 Communications Cable is a high-reliability Trusted communications cable designed for linking a Trusted TMR Expander Processor to the Expander Interface Adapter unit in industrial control and safety systems.

Core Functions
Connection Target: The 96-pin Type-C connector on one end plugs into the Trusted TMR Expander Processor (model T8310) on the main control rack; the 12-pin LEMO connector on the other end plugs into the corresponding port of the Expander Interface Adapter Unit (model T8312) in the adjacent/below rack.
Inter-Rack Bus Extension: It extends the Inter-Module Bus (IMB) of the main control rack to the expansion I/O rack with extremely high bandwidth and without loss, ensuring the communication speed and synchronization between all remote/expansion I/O modules and the main processor.
Special Notes
Mechanical Protection (Stress Relief): No lateral force on LEMO/96-pin connectors; keep ≥100 mm straight before bending.
Strict Bending Limit: Minimum bend radius ≥4× cable outer diameter; otherwise risk signal loss or system trip.
