1.Cable tray support: A 12.5 m multi-core cable is heavy and must be secured with ties and brackets along its route. It should not be supported by 96-pin connectors (especially C-type), or long-term stress may damage pins or slots.
2.EMI/RFI isolation: Avoid parallel routing with high-voltage or inverter cables. Even with shielding, long parallel runs may cause coupling and reduce signal integrity.
3.Bending radius: Maintain at least 10–12× outer diameter at bends. Over-bending can damage twisted pairs and LSZH sheath.
