Q: Why does the inverter still report "Comm Loss" after replacing the NPCI-03?
A: Please check if the fiber optic cable is plugged in incorrectly (RX/TX crossover) or if the fiber optic connector is obstructed by dirt.
Q: Can this NPCI03 replace the NPCI-02?
A: Generally not. The NPCI-03 is designed for a specific ACS800 hardware version. Blindly replacing it may lead to control logic conflicts or physical interface incompatibility.
Q: Why is the power indicator light on the NPCI-03 not lit?
