Description
The GE IS200STAOH2AAA is an analog output module manufactured by General Electric (GE), primarily used in the GE Mark VIe series distributed control systems. This module converts digital signals into analog signals and outputs them to field actuators to control process variables. The IS200STAOH2AAA can output signals or provide a switching signal to activate the controlled equipment when control is required. It can also receive feedback signals from the equipment to report to the host. It is an important component of the fire alarm linkage system. Most input/output modules on the market can provide a pair of passive normally open/normally closed contacts to control the controlled equipment. Some manufacturers' modules can be set to active output through parameter settings (such as Haiwan GST-LD-8301). There are also corresponding dual input/output modules, multi-input/output modules, etc.
Features
Analog output: Provides analog output function, which can be connected to various analog actuators.
High precision: It has high output accuracy, which can meet the accuracy requirements of industrial process control.
High reliability: Suitable for industrial environments, with high reliability.
Modular design: Modular design facilitates installation and maintenance.
Flexible configuration: It can be flexibly configured according to system requirements.
Applications areas
Power Generation: Gas Turbine/Steam Turbine Control: Regulating fuel control valves, guide vane opening (IGV), and auxiliary system control valves.
Generator Excitation System: Outputting analog signals to regulate excitation current.
Wind Power Generation: Using analog actuator commands in pitch control systems.
Oil & Gas: Compressor Stations: Regulating anti-surge valves and process control valves to ensure stable pressure over long distances.
Refineries/LNG Plants: Controlling the speed of inverters or proportional control valves for large pump units.
Heavy Industry: Steel Mills: Regulating air-fuel ratio control valves in heating furnaces or hydraulic actuators in rolling mills.
Chemical Plants: Controlling the flow rate of cooling/heating media in reactors.
Applications
Signal conversion: Converting digital signals into analog signals for controlling actuators.
Process control: Controlling the actuators on site, such as regulating valves and frequency converters, to achieve control over process variables.
Data transmission: Receive control commands from the control system.
