Description
DS200SDCCG1AGD is a Drive Control card developed by General Electric under the Mark V series. It is the drive's primary controller. The GE Drive Control Board is equipped with three microprocessors and RAM that can be accessed simultaneously by multiple microprocessors
If an error occurs, ten LEDs on the GE Drive Control Board are utilized to indicate fault codes. The ten LEDs are arranged in a row and display the fault code when they are all lit up. The LEDs are lighted in a sequence of two LEDs at a time from left to right if no problem is detected and the board is running smoothly. You can inspect the LEDs by opening the board cabinet door, locating the board, visually inspecting the LEDs, and determining the board's condition.
However, because of the high voltage present in the boards and all components, caution should be exercised when opening the board cabinet door. While the drive is being powered up, do not touch anything in the cabinet
Also, make sure nothing falls inside the cabinet while the door is open, and close it after the inspection is finished. When you initially turn on the board, you'll need to set up the configuration parameters to specify how it will analyze data and regulate the drive.
There are software programs that can be used to change the parameters. On a laptop, the tools are ready for usage. If you need to set up many drives, you can generate a single configuration and download it to numerous boards. The GE Motors and Industrial Systems Drive Control Card Manual (GEI-100029) is a component-specific manual
Applications
