Description
The AX466 pH/Redox (ORP) analyzer is a dual-channel pH/Redox (ORP) analyzer that can simultaneously measure and display two values. The AX466 analyzer can be connected to pH glass electrodes, antimony electrodes, and metal redox ORP electrodes for accurate and reliable measurements. Integrating the latest technology, the AX466 provides a reliable and flexible modular system to meet the requirements of various field control applications. Rugged and reliable, it ensures safe operation even in harsh environments. Simple installation and easy maintenance make it suitable for applications in water supply, wastewater treatment, industrial process water treatment, power plants, chemical plants, pharmaceuticals, pulp and paper, and food and beverage industries.
Applications
Water Treatment: Drinking water purification, municipal and industrial wastewater treatment.
Power Industry: Monitoring of boiler feedwater, condensate, and cooling water in power plants.
Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industries: Continuous process monitoring and precise pH adjustment in fine chemical reactions.
Food, Beverage, and Paper Industries: Process water monitoring and automated dosing systems in production lines.
Feature
Wall-mounted, tubular, and panel mounting options available; IP 65/NEMA 4X protection rating.
Continuous online diagnostics reduce maintenance costs.
Automated cleaning system – significantly reduces manual maintenance.
Built-in P, PI, PID control, pulse frequency, pulse length, and analog signal control, etc.
Real-time recording of alarm information logs
2 to 4 analog signal outputs and 3 to 5 relay contact outputs
Wide power supply design: 85 to 265 V AC or 12 to 30 V DC
High-resolution display, multiple languages available
Startup
1) Ensure the input sensor is connected correctly.
2) Turn on the analyzer. The startup screen will display, and internal checks will be performed simultaneously. The operation page will then appear when pH or Redox (ORP) monitoring begins.
Troubleshooting and Diagnosis
1. Common Diagnostic Information:
Glass cracked or broken: Check if the pH electrode glass bulb is broken.
Reference fault: Abnormal reference electrode impedance or electrolyte contamination.
Electrode out of sample: Electrode is not in contact with the sample solution; prevent false alarms or incorrect drug addition.
Cable broken / disconnected: Check if the cable is broken or the connector is loose.
2. Handling Recommendations: If the displayed value fluctuates drastically, first check if the solution earth is properly connected to eliminate common-mode interference.
FAQ
Q: What is the AX460?
A: It is a pH/Redox (ORP) Analyzer.
Q: What is the difference between AX460 and AX466?
A: The AX460 is a single-input model; the AX466 is a dual-input model, which can connect two sensors simultaneously for differential monitoring or redundant measurement.
Q: Can it be used with pH electrodes from other brands?
A: Yes, the AX460 has extremely high input impedance and is compatible with most standard glass electrodes, antimony electrodes, and ORP metal sensors.
Q: How to Check Price and Availability for AX460?
A: Please contact John Yang for sales at +86-18150117685 or request a quote.
