Description
The 82367-01 Thermocouple Input Module provides six independent channels for on-line temperature monitoring in industrial automation systems. The 82367-01 accepts thermocouple inputs (K, J, E, T, R, S, B, N) and covers a wide temperature range from -40°C to +850°C, with a resolution of 0.01°C and accuracy of ±0.5% of reading + 2°C. Operating on DC 12 V with a maximum current consumption of 20 mA, the 82367-01 functions in temperatures from -20°C to +85°C and up to 95% non-condensing humidity. Its IP67 enclosure allows deployment in harsh industrial environments, integrating seamlessly with Bently Nevada 3300 Series temperature monitoring systems.
Applications
Oil & Gas: Remote Trend Monitoring: In refineries or gas pipeline stations, vibration or displacement signals collected by 3300 racks are converted into 4-20 mA signals via the 82367-01 and transmitted to a DCS (Distributed Control System) or PLC several kilometers away for long-term equipment health trend analysis.
Power Generation: Auxiliary Equipment Monitoring: Used to monitor non-core tripped assets such as water pumps, condensate pumps, or blowers. It feeds mechanical operating status data to the power plant's central data acquisition system in real time.
Chemical & Pulp: In high-temperature or highly corrosive environments, it stably outputs analog signals from sensors to field recorders, helping process engineers analyze production line operational fluctuations.
