Description
The 82365-01 Recorder Outputs/Alarm Relay Output Module provides six independent channels for online temperature monitoring in industrial automation systems. The 82365-01 supports all temperature measurement types, accepting thermocouples or RTDs, with FRC connector and screw terminal outputs. Operating under a maximum switch voltage of 250 VAC / 30 VDC, the 82365-01 integrates seamlessly with 3300 Series monitors. Dual epoxy resin relays inside the 82365-01 resist dust, moisture, and corrosive gases, while its LED indicators provide real-time relay status feedback. With a lacquer-coated PCB and CE approval, the 82365-01 ensures durable operation in harsh industrial environments and supports easy installation with a 3-meter plug-and-play cable.
Applications
Power Generation: Temperature Monitoring and Protection: Often used in conjunction with 3300/30 (thermocouple) or 3300/35 (RTD) six-channel temperature monitors. Used to monitor the oil temperature of generator bearings, stator windings, and turbine machinery. In case of overheating, emergency alarms or tripping are triggered via relay contacts.
Oil & Gas: Critical Asset Recording: In refineries and gas processing plants, vibration or displacement data from compressors and pumps is converted into 4-20 mA or 0-10 Vdc analog signals and transmitted to a distributed control system (DCS) or long-term data logger for trend analysis.
Heavy Manufacturing: In steel, paper, and mining plants, as the physical output of a machinery protection system (MPS), ensuring reliable "hard-wired shutdown" protection of critical power equipment via hardware relays before serious mechanical failures occur.
