Description

The 3300/30 Six-Channel Temperature TC Input Monitor provides six independent channels for on-line temperature measurement in industrial systems. The 3300/30 Six-Channel Temperature TC Input Monitor accepts up to six thermocouple signals, including Type J and K (500°C/932°F) and Type T and E (250°C/482°F), with grounded or non-grounded tips. Full-scale ranges are user-programmable, with factory calibration and field reprogramming for recorder or computer interface.

The 3300/30 Six-Channel Temperature TC Input Monitor features a 7-segment, 4-digit non-multiplexing LCD displaying high readings, alarm status, and error codes per channel, with display resolution selectable at 0.1 or 1 unit. Alarm setpoints for each channel (Alarm 1 and Alarm 2) are digitally adjustable from 0–500°C (0–1000°F) with ±1°C repeatability. Voltage output impedance is 100 Ω, with 0–+12 Vdc or +4 to +20 mA compliance. LEDs indicate OK, Alarm, and Bypass status. Operating temperature is 0°C to +65°C, storage -40°C to +85°C, and nominal power consumption is 4 W. The 3300/30 Six-Channel Temperature TC Input Monitor is ideal for automated temperature monitoring in turbines, compressors, and industrial machinery control systems.

Applications

Monitor temperatures of turbines and compressors
The 3300/30 Six-Channel Temperature TC Input Monitor accepts six thermocouple inputs, allowing continuous measurement of critical machinery points up to 500°C (932°F), and provides precise readings with ±1°C display accuracy.

Trigger automated alarms for high or low temperature
With digitally adjustable Alarm 1 and Alarm 2 per channel, the 3300/30 Six-Channel Temperature TC Input Monitor delivers repeatable alarm outputs, enabling automated shutdown or safety procedures.

Provide real-time temperature data to PLCs or control systems
The 3300/30 Six-Channel Temperature TC Input Monitor outputs 0–+12 Vdc or +4 to +20 mA signals, allowing integration into process control systems for automated monitoring and logging.

Identify and bypass individual channels for maintenance
LED indicators for OK, Alarm, and Bypass on the 3300/30 Six-Channel Temperature TC Input Monitor allow operators to isolate channels or view error codes without interrupting other measurements.

Specifications
