Description
The 1900/65 General Purpose Equipment Monitor offers continuous monitoring and protection for non-critical machinery, integrating 4-channel vibration inputs for 2-wire/3-wire velocity, acceleration, and eddy current sensors. Each channel supports up to 4 variables with independent integration and up to eight-pole filtering, processed by a 24-bit A/D converter with 25 kHz bandwidth. The 1900/65 also provides 4 thermocouple temperature inputs (Type E, J, K, T), 2-level alarms, 6 configurable relays, and 4 recorder outputs (4–20 mA). Compact dimensions (7.75 × 5.88 × 2.93 in monitor) allow DIN rail or panel mounting. Optional displays connect up to 250 ft from the monitor, while fiberglass or steel enclosures (IP65) enable industrial deployment. Powered by 18–36 VDC with external 110/220 VAC support, the 1900/65 ensures cost-effective, continuous automation monitoring for general-purpose applications.
Applications
Application: Continuous Machinery Protection
The 1900/65 monitors general-purpose rotating machinery continuously, using 4-channel vibration inputs compatible with 2-wire/3-wire velocity, acceleration, and eddy current sensors. Each channel supports up to 4 variables with independent integration and up to eight-pole filtering, processed by a 24-bit A/D converter with 25 kHz bandwidth. This ensures automatic detection of abnormal vibration levels and triggers 2-level alarms (Alert and Danger) for immediate response.
Application: Temperature Monitoring for Equipment
The 1900/65 provides 4 thermocouple temperature inputs (Type E, J, K, T) for motors, pumps, and other industrial devices. It continuously tracks temperature changes and outputs 4 configurable 4–20 mA signals to external control systems for automated shutdown or adjustment.
Application: Local and Remote Display Integration
Optional displays for the 1900/65 can be mounted directly on the monitor or connected via a single cable up to 250 feet. Operators can view all channels and variables in real-time for on-site monitoring and maintenance decision-making.
