Description

The 133819-01 3500/60 RTD/TC Non-Isolated I/O Module provides six channels for temperature monitoring in industrial automation systems. The 133819-01 accepts 1–6 RTD or thermocouple inputs, with input impedance greater than 10 MΩ per lead. RTD current source is 925 ±15 µA @ 25 °C per transducer, supporting 3-wire or 4-wire RTDs.

The 133819-01 outputs proportional signals in +4 to +20 mA range for each channel, with voltage compliance 0–12 Vdc and load resistance up to 600 Ω. Resolution is 0.3662 µA per bit with ±0.15% error at room temperature and ±0.4% over the −30 °C to +65 °C operating range when used with standard I/O modules. Accuracy is ±3 °C at 25 °C for bulkhead and standard racks.

In automation applications, the 133819-01 conditions RTD and TC signals, compares measurements to user-programmed alarms, and communicates data to 3500 racks via configuration software. Its full-height rear slot design allows easy integration, and it supports internal barrier modules for additional isolation if required.

Applications

Measure RTD temperatures in industrial machinery
