Description
The 126599-01 Aero GT I/O Module is a full-height Bently Nevada 3500/44M module designed for aeroderivative gas turbine automation. 126599-01 accepts 1 to 4 signals from interface modules (86517, 86497), velomitors, and accelerometers, providing precise vibration monitoring. The module supports input impedance >95 kΩ for Proximitor and acceleration inputs, with sensitivity up to 10.19 mV/(m/s²). 126599-01 supplies 23 Vdc at 43 mA per transducer, outputs 0–12 Vdc with 550 Ω load, and updates signals every 100 ms. OK, TX/RX, and Bypass LEDs provide operational status. Using 3500 Rack Configuration Software, 126599-01 allows filter options including signal integration, 1X vibration tracking, and band-pass vibration. The module supports two Keyphasor signals per channel pair and up to eight alarm sets with configurable alert/danger setpoints and time delays from 0.1 to 60 seconds. 126599-01 occupies 1 full-height rear slot and delivers automation-ready vibration monitoring for turbine operations and maintenance.
Applications
Monitor Turbine Vibration Signals
126599-01 receives 1–4 signals from Proximitor, Velomitor, or accelerometers to continuously measure turbine vibration levels in automation systems.
Trigger Alarms for Operational Modes
Using up to eight configurable alarm sets, 126599-01 can alert operators to alert or danger conditions with time delays from 0.1–60 seconds for mode-specific operations.
Interface with Keyphasor Signals
126599-01 supports two Keyphasor inputs per channel pair, enabling synchronization with rotating shafts and turbine events for speed or phase analysis.
Provide Filtered Vibration Data
Signal integration, 1X amplitude, and band-pass filters allow 126599-01 to provide processed vibration signals for turbine control and maintenance decision-making.
