The 3500/25 149369-01 Enhanced Keyphasor Module is a half-height, two-channel module designed for Bently Nevada™ 3500 machinery protection racks. The 3500/25 149369-01 Enhanced Keyphasor Module receives signals from proximity probes or magnetic pickups, converting inputs (+0.8 V to -21 V or +5 V to -11 V) into buffered digital Keyphasor signals. Each module provides two front coaxial and two rear Euro-style outputs with maximum 504 Ω impedance, supplying -24 VDC at 40 mA per channel. The 3500/25 149369-01 Enhanced Keyphasor Module supports shaft speed inputs from 1 to 1,200,000 cpm (0.017 to 20 kHz) and outputs 1 to 99,999 cpm (0.017 to 1,667 Hz), with processed accuracy ±1 cpm below 60 Hz and ±1% above 151 Hz. Operating -30°C to +65°C and storing -40°C to +85°C, the 3500/25 149369-01 Enhanced Keyphasor Module withstands 95% non-condensing humidity. Front LEDs provide OK and TX/RX indicators, while the module fits one half-height front slot and one full-height rear slot. Field-upgradeable firmware and multi-event-per-turn signal generation enable integration with automated monitoring, phase measurements, and asset management reporting in industrial turbine and compressor systems.
