Description
The 991-01-XX-01-CN Thrust Transmitter delivers a 4–20 mA proportional axial displacement signal for centrifugal air compressors, small pumps, motors, and fans. Accepting a 3300 NSv Proximity Probe with extension cables up to 7 meters, 991-01-XX-01-CN measures full-scale shaft movement from -0.6 to 0.6 mm and a linear Prox Out range of 0.25–1.65 mm (10–65 mils) with 10 kΩ output impedance calibrated for a 10 MΩ load. The loop-powered two-wire design operates at +12 to +35 Vdc with typical 23 mA current and supports a maximum loop resistance of 1,000 Ω. Integrated Proximitor Sensor, non-interacting zero and span potentiometers, and a Test Input pin allow quick loop verification. Power-up Inhibit and Not OK/Signal Defeat circuits prevent incorrect signals due to line transients or probe faults. Mounting is simplified with 35 mm DIN rail clips or bulkhead screws, and potted construction enables operation from -35°C to +85°C and storage from -51°C to +100°C. Approved for CSA Division 2, ATEX Zone 0/2, and ABS maritime use, 991-01-XX-01-CN provides precise automated axial displacement measurement for industrial machinery control systems.
