Description

The 330101-00-13-10-12-CN 3300 XL 8 mm Proximity Probe is a precision-engineered eddy current transducer designed for advanced industrial automation, predictive maintenance, and machinery condition monitoring. This 8 mm probe provides a linear output voltage directly proportional to the distance between the probe tip and conductive surfaces, enabling both static position and dynamic vibration measurements. With an overall case length of 1.3 inches and a 1.0-meter FluidLoc cable featuring a Miniature coaxial ClickLoc connector, the probe ensures robust and reliable signal transmission in turbines, compressors, pumps, and other fluid-film bearing machinery.

Operating across -52°C to +177°C (-62°F to +350°F), the probe features less than 2 mV supply sensitivity per volt, 50 Ω output resistance, and 69.9 pF/m extension cable capacitance, ensuring high-fidelity measurement even in extreme conditions. Its 3/8-24 UNF threaded case with a maximum engagement of 0.563 inches provides secure mounting. The patented TipLoc and CableLoc designs enhance mechanical reliability with 330 N (75 lbf) pull strength, while the optional FluidLoc cable prevents oil and fluid leakage, ensuring continuous automation performance. Fully CSA, ATEX, and IECEx certified and compliant with API 670, this probe is backward-compatible with other 3300 series probes and Proximitor sensors, supporting modular, standardized, and scalable monitoring systems.
