Description

The 990-04-XX-01-00 mod 147202-01 Vibration Transmitter converts displacement signals from a 3300 NSv Proximity Probe into proportional 4–20 mA outputs for automated machinery control systems. Designed for OEMs of centrifugal compressors, small pumps, motors, or fans, the 990-04-XX-01-00 supports a 0–4 mils pp (0–100 μm pp) full-scale range with a linear measurement span of 0.25–1.65 mm (10–65 mils). The transmitter accepts a 5 m or 7 m system length probe and extension cable, operates from +12 to +35 Vdc with a 23 mA typical current, and handles loop resistances up to 1,000 Ω. Mountable via 35 mm DIN rail clips, the 990-04-XX-01-00 mod 147202-01 features integrated Proximitor Sensor output, non-isolated PROX OUT and COM terminals, and BNC connectors for live vibration and gap voltage diagnostics. Non-interacting zero/span potentiometers allow precise loop adjustment, while the Not OK/Signal Defeat circuit prevents high outputs from faulty probes.
