The 3300 NSv 330903-05-19-05-02-00 Proximity Probe is a high-performance industrial automation sensor engineered for compact and constrained machinery environments. Designed for centrifugal air compressors, refrigeration compressors, and process gas compressors, this probe excels where tight installation clearances or small shaft diameters prevent the use of standard 3300 or 3300 XL probes. Constructed with a polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) probe tip and AISI 304 stainless steel case, the 3300 NSv probe resists chemical and thermal stress, operating in temperatures from -52°C to +177°C (-62°F to +351°F). Its 1.5 mm linear range and recommended 1.0 mm gap enable high-accuracy eddy current measurements on shafts as small as 50.8 mm (2 in) and flat targets smaller than 15 mm (0.6 in). The TipLoc and CableLoc designs ensure robust mechanical attachment with up to 220 N (50 lb) pull strength, while gold-plated ClickLoc connectors maintain electrical integrity in harsh industrial conditions.
Mechanically and electrically compatible with previous 3300 RAM, 3000-series, and 7000-series 190 transducer systems, the 3300 NSv probe provides seamless upgrades for existing monitoring systems.
