Description
The 330903-00-05-50-02-05 3300 NSv Proximity Probe is a compact, high-performance eddy-current transducer designed for industrial automation and tight installation environments. With an overall case length of 50 mm and M8X1 threaded 12 mm probe case, the NSv probe accommodates sideview, rearview, and counterbore restrictions commonly encountered in centrifugal air compressors, refrigeration compressors, and process gas compressors. Equipped with a 5.0-meter (16.4 feet) miniature coaxial ClickLoc cable, it ensures secure electrical connectivity, while the patented TipLoc molding and CableLoc design provide 220 N (50 lb) pull strength, protecting the probe tip and cable from mechanical stress. Constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel with a polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) probe tip, it delivers robust chemical and temperature resistance, operating across -52°C to +177°C (-62°F to +351°F). The probe maintains a linear range of 1.5 mm (60 mils) and a recommended gap of 1.0 mm (40 mils), with output resistance of 50 Ω and supply sensitivity under 2 mV per volt, ensuring precise radial and axial vibration, position, and speed measurements. Fully compatible with 3300 XL NSv Proximitor sensors, this probe supports system upgrades from 3300 RAM and 3000/7000 series systems, offering reliable interchangeability and enhanced performance in small-shaft or restricted-space applications.
