Description
The 330902-05-30-10-02-05 3300 NSv Proximity Probe is a compact, high-precision transducer designed for industrial automation and condition monitoring in machines with tight installation requirements. Engineered for use with centrifugal air compressors, refrigeration compressors, and process gas compressors, this probe enables reliable radial vibration and axial position measurements even in restricted or side-view-limited spaces. The probe features a 1/4-28 UNF threaded stainless steel case and a durable PPS tip, providing excellent chemical and mechanical resistance while operating across a wide temperature range of -52°C to +177°C (-62°F to +351°F). Its standard 1.0-meter (39 in) cable with miniature ClickLoc coaxial connector ensures secure, high-fidelity signal transmission, compatible with NSv extension cables and Proximitor sensors. The 3300 NSv Proximity Probe supports a linear measurement range of 1.5 mm (60 mils) with a recommended gap of 1.0 mm (40 mils) and output resistance of 50 Ω, maintaining supply sensitivity under 2 mV per volt. Patented TipLoc and CableLoc designs provide robust probe-tip bonding and secure cable attachment up to 220 N (50 lb) pull strength. Mechanically and electrically compatible with legacy 3300 RAM and 3000/7000-series systems, the probe allows seamless system upgrades while meeting API 670 standards for precision and reliability in industrial automation.
