Description
The 330902-05-20-10-02-05 3300 NSv Proximity Probe is a compact, high-precision transducer engineered for industrial automation and condition monitoring systems in tight or restricted installation environments. Designed for centrifugal air compressors, refrigeration compressors, process gas compressors, and other fluid-film bearing machines, this NSv probe provides accurate measurement of radial vibration, axial displacement, and phase reference (Keyphasor) signals. Its 1/4-28 UNF threaded AISI 304 stainless steel case and durable PPS probe tip provide excellent chemical and mechanical resistance, operating reliably across -52°C to +177°C (-62°F to +351°F). The probe includes a standard 1.0-meter (39 in) cable with a miniature ClickLoc coaxial connector, ensuring secure, high-fidelity signal transmission compatible with NSv extension cables and Proximitor sensors. The linear measurement range of 1.5 mm (60 mils) with a recommended gap of 1.0 mm (40 mils) delivers precise readings, while the 50 Ω output resistance and supply sensitivity under 2 mV per volt provide consistent data for industrial automation and condition monitoring. Patented TipLoc and CableLoc designs ensure robust probe-tip bonding and secure cable attachment with 220 N (50 lb) pull strength, preventing disconnection in vibration-prone environments. Compatible with legacy 3300 RAM and 3000/7000-series systems, this probe supports seamless upgrades while meeting API 670 standards for accuracy and reliability.
