The 3300 NSv 1.5 mm Proximity Probe (model 330901-10-20-10-02-05) is a precision eddy current transducer designed for compact industrial applications, including centrifugal air compressors, refrigeration compressors, and process gas compressors. Engineered for tight spaces where side-view, rear-view, or counterbore limitations restrict standard Bently Nevada 3300 XL probes, this NSv probe provides high-resolution radial vibration and axial position measurements on shafts as small as 51 mm (2 in) or flat targets as small as 15 mm (0.6 in).
With a linear range of 1.5 mm (60 mils), output resistance of 50 Ω, and supply sensitivity under 2 mV per volt, the probe delivers precise readings for Keyphasor signals, tachometer speed measurements, and zero-speed detection. The probe body combines PPS tip material with AISI 304 stainless steel casing, providing superior chemical resistance for use in aggressive compressor environments. The 1/4-28 UNF threaded probe case supports maximum thread engagement of 0.375 in, while a miniature coaxial ClickLoc connector ensures secure and reliable electrical connections.
