Description

The 330708-00-20-10-12-00 3300 XL 11 mm Proximity Probe is a high-performance eddy current transducer engineered for advanced industrial automation and machinery monitoring. It provides a 3.94 V/mm (100 mV/mil) output for precise, non-contact vibration and displacement measurements on fluid-film bearing machines. The 11 mm probe tip allows a longer linear range than the standard 8 mm 3300 XL system, making it ideal for axial (thrust) position detection, ramp differential expansion monitoring on steam turbines, rod position measurement on reciprocating compressors, tachometer and zero speed detection, and Keyphasor phase reference signals. The system uses gold-plated brass ClickLoc connectors that lock securely, and a patented TipLoc molding method for robust probe-tip bonding. The CableLoc design ensures probe-cable attachment strength up to 330 N (75 lbf). The probe features an IP67-rated stainless steel housing for dust and water resistance, and is compatible with FluidLoc cables to prevent oil or fluid leakage. Operating across –40°C to +85°C, this transducer system is designed for reliability in harsh industrial environments. Upgrading from 7200-series systems requires replacement of all components and possible monitoring system updates, ensuring full system integrity and optimal performance.
