Description
The 330704-000-050-10-01-05 3300 XL 11 mm Proximity Probe is an advanced eddy current transducer designed for high-precision vibration, displacement, and position measurements in industrial automation systems. Featuring a large 11 mm probe tip, it offers an extended linear range compared to standard 8 mm probes, providing 3.94 V/mm (100 mV/mil) output for accurate non-contact measurements on fluid-film bearing machines. The probe incorporates a Miniature coaxial ClickLoc connector with connector protector, patented TipLoc and CableLoc designs with 330 N pull strength, and optional FluidLoc cables to prevent oil or liquid leakage. Constructed with 99.9% braided copper shielding and IP67-rated environmental resistance, it ensures signal integrity and reliable operation in dust, water, and humid industrial environments. Operating and storage temperature ranges of -40°C to +85°C support harsh industrial conditions. The probe is backward-compatible with 7200-series systems when fully replaced and provides secure, high-quality connections with gold-plated brass connectors, locknuts, and pre-drilled safety wire holes for enhanced operational safety. It is ideal for integration into PLCs, DCS, or condition monitoring systems in heavy-duty rotating machinery, turbines, compressors, and industrial process equipment.
