Description

The 330104-01-12-05-01-05 3300 XL 8 mm Proximity Probe is a precision eddy current transducer designed for advanced automation and predictive maintenance applications. With a 120 mm overall case length and 10 mm unthreaded length, it features an M10x1 threaded probe capable of accurately measuring static position and dynamic vibration with a linear range of 2 mm (80 mils). The probe outputs a voltage directly proportional to the distance between the probe tip and the conductive surface, enabling real-time condition monitoring of turbines, compressors, motors, and fluid-film bearings in industrial systems.

Equipped with a Miniature coaxial ClickLoc connector with protector and 0.5-meter standard cable, the probe ensures reliable signal transmission and low electrical noise. Operating across extreme temperatures from -52°C to +177°C (-62°F to +350°F), it maintains high accuracy and stability. The probe’s patented TipLoc molding ensures a strong bond between the probe tip and body, while the CableLoc design provides 330 N (75 lbf) pull strength, securing the probe cable even in high-vibration environments. Fully CSA, ATEX, and IECEx certified, the probe is API 670 compliant and interchangeable with all 3300 XL and standard series components, reducing calibration and maintenance requirements. Optional FluidLoc cabling prevents oil and fluid ingress, extending operational life in lubricated systems.
