Description

The 330104-00-20-10-01-05 3300 XL 8 mm Proximity Probe is a high-precision eddy current transducer designed for industrial automation, condition monitoring, and predictive maintenance applications. Featuring a 200 mm overall case length and an M10x1 threaded probe, this sensor provides accurate measurements of both static (position) and dynamic (vibration) values within a 2 mm linear range (80 mils). The probe delivers an output voltage directly proportional to the distance between the probe tip and conductive surfaces, enabling real-time monitoring of pumps, turbines, compressors, and fluid-film bearings in automated systems.

Equipped with a Miniature coaxial ClickLoc connector with protector and a 1.0-meter standard cable, the probe ensures consistent signal integrity and low noise transmission. It operates reliably in extreme temperatures from -52°C to +177°C (-62°F to +350°F), with supply sensitivity less than 2 mV per volt and 50 Ω output resistance, ensuring high-accuracy readings in critical automation processes. The patented TipLoc molding strengthens the bond between probe tip and body, while the CableLoc design provides 330 N (75 lbf) pull strength, maintaining secure attachment under heavy vibration. Fully CSA, ATEX, and IECEx approved and API 670 compliant, the probe supports interchangeability across all 3300 series components, reducing calibration and maintenance efforts.
